1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invoisum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invoisum is a work-logging and invoicing platform for freelancers, consultants, and small teams. The Service allows you to track work, generate invoices, and manage client billing.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Pricing and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Free plans are provided as-is with limited features.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, work logs, or client information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time through the account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoisum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
